Kolber began her career working at CBS Sports New York City in the position of video coordinator. She received the Sports Emmy in Miami during her tenure at WTVJ-TV. She worked for WPLG-TV, Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. She joined ESPN in 1993 and was one of the anchors on ESPN2 which was established. She was with ESPN2 up to the point that Fox Sports hired her. Then, in 1999, she returned to ESPN and currently serves as host of the show 'Monday Night Countdown'.
